The link to the TDP is also included within the solicitation. The solicitation MUST be completed in full- including all required clause fill-ins. Please read the entire solicitation carefully, and ensure you download the TDP link noted within the solicitation prior to submitting your proposal to ensure everything is understood and complete. Please note that you must have an active SAM registration in order to be considered for award.
