Access to the TDP requires registration in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) and submission of the Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA). The NDA must be HAND-SIGNED by the Point of Contact listed in JCP. Solicitation release to web will be approximately 30 July 2021; close date approximately 30 August 2021. REVERSE AUCTION: The solicitation will contain DLAD provision, Reverse Auction, which allows for the use of a reverse auction as a pricing technique.
