The Government intends to issue a sole-source solicitation to Raytheon for depot-level repair and return services for the PATRIOT Missile Weapon System for FMS customers. The required work includes diagnosis, recertification, modifications, upgrades, and repair of missile and ground support equipment. All repair efforts must be performed at the contractor's own facilities, which must include the necessary Special Acceptance and Inspection Equipment and software. The proposed performance period is five years, from July 1, 2027, to June 30, 2032. This is a planning notice and not a formal request for proposals.
