In accordance with FAR 5.2, this is a notice that DLA Land at Aberdeen is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) SPRBL1-22-Q-0037 for the procurement of Antennas, National Stock Number (NSN) 5985-01-588-8125, and NSN 5985-01-588-8135. This procurement will be conducted under Special Emergency Procurement Authority (SEPA) and using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business. The proposed contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP). Note that although the requested pricing will be for quantity ranges, the resultant contract will be for a specific quantity. The approved source of the Antennas is Cobham Advance Electronic Solutions, Inc. (CAES), CAGE 66544. Currently the manufacturer Cobham Exeter (CAGE 66544) is being reverified by the System for Award Management (SAM) due to novation agreement finalization and name change to Cobham Advance Electronic Solutions, Inc. (CAES). The expected ship to location for the duration of the resulting contract will be New Cumberland, PA (W25G1U). This requirement will be issued as FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The Government required delivery schedule will be located in the solicitation. Accelerated delivery at no additional cost to the Government is accepted and encouraged. All documents and proposals must be submitted electronically via email.
