In accordance with FAR 5.2, this is a notice that DLA Land at Aberdeen anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a five (5) year, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) type contract, with an estimated contract value of $403,000.00. This procurement is for 66 parts within the Federal Supply Class 5995. A complete listing of the NSNs and item descriptions is included as an attachment to this synopsis. The specific items being sought support sustainment and function of the AN/MLQ-44B(V)1 Prophet Enhanced System. These items are manufactured for military use only and are not commercial items therefore, FAR part 15 will apply to the resulting solicitation. This acquisition will not be set aside for small businesses. General Dynamics, CAGE: 1VPW8, is the original equipment manufacturer. The Government does not own or have the rights to a complete technical data package for release. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
