DLA Land Aberdeen is releasing a solicitation for a single purchase for the manufacture of one (1) new spare part for the Guardrail/Common Sensor Modernization (GR/CS) system. The spare part description and quantity are listed below: NSN: 6605-01-450-3932 Name: Inertial Navigation System P/N: LN100G Quantity: 6 Depot level reparable spare parts being procured under this contract are part of the GR/CS system. GR/CS systems have been fielded and the Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC) is required to provide spare parts. A source must be able to prove that the parts to be delivered will enable the GR/CS system to satisfy the requirement in the U.S. Government's specification. The Government does NOT own the technical data package for the spare parts. Northrup Grumman Corporation is the only source known to have the capability of producing these parts and owns the complete technical data package for this item. This acquisition is being procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 "Contracting by Negotiation", and FAR Part 6.302-1 "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements".
