The proposed action is for the items listed below: NSN Nomenclature Quantity 5841-01-646-2364 Receiver Exciter, Programmed Assemblies 6 The specific item being sought support sustainment and function of the STARLite SAR/GMIT system. These items are manufactured for military use only and not commercial therefore, FAR part 15 will apply to this solicitation. This acquisition will not be set aside for small businesses. Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, (NGSC), CAGE: 97942, is the original equipment manufacturer. The Government does not own or have rights to a complete technical data package for release.
