In accordance with FAR 5.2 this is a notice that DLA Land at Aberdeen anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal(RFP) for a Firm-Fixed Price Spot Buy contract. The proposed action is for the items listed below: NSN Nomenclature Quantity 5841-01-646-2364 Receiver Exciter, Programmed Assemblies 6 The specific item being sought support sustainment and function of the STARLite SAR/GMIT system. These items are manufactured for military use only and a not commercial therefore, FAR part 15 will apply to this solicitation. This acquisition will not be set aside for small businesses. Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, (NGSC), CAGE: 97942, is the original equipment manufacturer. The Government does not own or have rights to a complete technical data package for release.
