However, the original notice did not migrate properly when FBO merged with beta.SAM.gov. Therefore, this notice is being re-created in beta.SAM.gov. The original solicitation, and amendments are provided in this notice. Amendment 0004 reopens the solicitation, and extends the response date to February 28, 2019. Amendment 0005 updates the PWS but does not extend the response date. DLA Land at Aberdeen is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a ten year, Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Cost No Fee, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with a five (5) year base and one (1) five (5) year option period for the procurement of thirty-two (32) National Stock Number (NSNs) for the AN/TPQ 50 Counterfire Target Acquisition Radar System (CTARS). The Government owns the complete technical data packages (TDP) for these NSNs. The RFP is Full and Open compeittion. The Guarantee minimum is $10,000, with a ceiling of $93,000,000.00. Potential offerors interested in this opportunity should review the solicitation and all of the amendment in their entirety, and follow directions to receive the TDPs. Along with the solicitation and solicitation attachments, the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) required to receive the TDPs is attached to this notice. FAR Part 15 procedures will be used in this acquisition.
