The intent of this Synopsis, in accordance with FAR 5.201, is to add the supplies and services described below onto the Government's existing contract with Raytheon Company, SPRBL1-15-D-0017. The Government's market research suggests that Raytheon is the sole approved source capable of providing these services. RAYTHEON COMPANY CAGE Code: 05716 350 LOWELL ST ANDOVER, MA, 01810-4400 This acquisition is for the procurement of PATRIOT Technical Publications support for the United States, as well as FMS customers. The contractor shall furnish all services, software, materials, planning, management, technical and logistical support required to digitize the text and graphics for all operational, Repair Parts and Special Tools List (RPSTL) and maintenance technical manuals for the PATRIOT Missile System. The proposed performance period for this action is 6 May 2021 – 5 May 2022 with an additional 4 option periods. Additionally, please note that this is not a Request for Proposal.
