DLA Weapons Support at Aberdeen anticipates issuing an RFP on or about 28 September 2026 for Image Intensifier Tubes (NSN 5855-01-738-9480, P/N OFM-2307-A2) supporting AN/PSQ-20B Enhanced Night Vision Goggles. The proposed contract is a commercial five-year Firm-Fixed-Price ID/IQ with a maximum value of $9,809,553.85, with annual best estimate quantities of 400–625 each for planning purposes only. The Government has a limited, conceptual technical data package available for conditional release; alternate designs require Government approval, and the item/TDP is ITAR-restricted. Offerors requesting the TDP must be registered in the Joint Certification Program and provide proof of DD Form 2345 JCP certification and Facility Security Clearance/Secret safeguarding; a DD 254 will be included in the RFP. The place of performance is Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, and the anticipated hardware ship-to location is New Cumberland, PA.
