The DLA anticipates issuing a five-year, Firm-Fixed Price ID/IQ contract for the Universal Helmet Mount Assembly (uHMA), a component of the Enhanced Night Vision Goggle systems. The maximum contract value is $17,000,000.00, with an estimated annual quantity of 700 units. Hardware will be shipped to New Cumberland, PA. This is a commercial item acquisition under FAR Part 12 and is not set aside for small businesses. The RFP is expected on or about May 27, 2026.
