The hardware ship-to location will be W25G1U, New Cumberland, PA. Based on market research, this is a commercial item based on the definition of a commercial item as listed in FAR 2.101. FAR Parts 12 and 13.5 will apply to this acquisition. This acquisition will not be set aside for a small business. This requirement is for DLA stock support in the continental United States (CONUS).
