This umbrella contract allows for the issuance of "C"-type and Indefinite-Delivery / Indefinite-Quantity Subsumable Contracts with Cost Plus Fixed-Fee (with Incentives), Firm Fixed Price (with Incentives), Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment, Level of Effort, and / or Time and Materials type pricing for Delivery / Task Order Awards.
