DLA Land at Aberdeen anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about October 16, 2024 for a five (5) year, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) Long-Term-Contract (LTC) for supplies and repair services support. The proposed contract minimum will be $35,000 and the proposed contract maximum will be $21,180,505.58 The proposed action is for the acquisition of the following NSNs and services: NSN: 5895-01-477-0855 - Frequency Converter, 60 Hz Part Number: 29350 Annual Est. Quantity: 500 NSN: 5895-01-477-0858 - Frequency Converter, 400 Hz Part Number: 29340 Annual Est. Quantity: 10 Repair Support Services Note: The estimated annual quantity is for planning purposes only. Actual ordered quantities may be more or less than the estimated annual quantity. The anticipated hardware ship to location will be W25G1U, New Cumberland, PA. The anticipated service support location will be performed at Technology Research Corp (TRC), 5250 140th Avenue North, Clearwater, Florida 33760-3728. The Government required delivery will be listed in the solicitation. Accelerated delivery at no additional cost to the Government is acceptable and encouraged. Based on market research, these items are manufactured for military use only and are not commercial; therefore, FAR Part 15 will apply to this acquisition. Technology Research Corporation (TRC), CAGE Code 60177, is the sole approved source of supply for these items. This acquisition will not be set aside for small business. There are source control technical drawings available. Any and all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
