DLA Land at Aberdeen is issuing Solicitation SPRBL1-24-R-0006 for a five (5) year, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) type contract, with a proposed maximum contract value of $25,000,000.00. This will be conducted under FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The proposed action is for the acquisition of MX-12607 White Phosphorous Image Intensifier, NSN: 5855-01-692-2002, P/N A3314408-2, which is used to support the AN/AVS-6, Aviator’s Night Vision Imaging System (ANVIS). The AN/AVS-6 (ANVIS) enables aviators to conduct flight operations under very low (starlight) ambient light conditions. The AN/AVS-6 ANVIS is a third-generation, helmet-mounted, direct-view, image-intensification device. It enables aviators to operate more effectively and safely during lowlight and degraded battlefield conditions. The estimated annual quantity required by the Government is 1,404 per year. Note: The estimated annual quantity is for planning purposes only.
