These items are manufactured for military use only and are not commercial therefore, FAR part 15 will apply to this solicitation. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 6.302. This acquisition will not be set aside for small businesses. DRS Network & Imaging Systems, (DRS), CAGE: 32865 and Raytheon Company, CAGE: 96214, are the original equipment manufacturers.
