In Accordance with FAR 5.2, this is a notice that DLA Land at Aberdeen is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) SPRBL1-23-Q-0019 for the procurement of 56 refurbished Frequency Inverters, National Stock Number (NSN) 5895-01-587-6582, part number 29350R. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation notice. This procurement will be conducted using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business. The proposed contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order (PO). The expected ship to location for the duration of the resulting contract will be New Cumberland, PA (W25G1U). This requirement will be issued as FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The Government required delivery schedule will be located in the solicitation. Accelerated delivery at no additional cost to the Government is accepted and encouraged. All documents and proposals must be submitted either electronically via email or through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module (https://piee.eb.mil/). Files shall not contain classified data. The use of hyperlinks in proposals is prohibited. Offerors need to have a current profile at the System for Award Management (SAM), https://www.sam.gov in order to submit proposals.
