This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) which will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price spot-buy contract for the procurement of hardware for the item listed below, with a Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ). The procurement will be conducted as Other Than Full and Open Competition under the authority of FAR 6.302. Hardware: NSN: 5998-01-672-0394 Nomenclature: Second Generation Forward Looking Infrared (2GF) Advanced Video Processor (AVP) Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA), Advanced Video Processor CCA DRS P/N: 1029917-100 Raytheon P/N: A1068419-1 Total BEQ: 114 Note: The BEQ is listed for planning purposes only. The solicitation will request quantity range pricing and the contract will be awarded for an actual quantity that may be more or less than the BEQ. The first approved manufacturing source is DRS Network & Imaging Systems, (DRS), CAGE: 32865. The second approved manufacturing source is Raytheon Company (Raytheon), CAGE: 96214. This acquisition will not be set aside for small businesses. The item is subject to the Buy American Act. The Government does own and have rights to the complete technical data package these items. Because this acquisition will be using the sole source authority at FAR 6.302-1, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered.
