Amendment 0001 The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to extend the due date of the solicitation to 10 December 2021 to allow offerors time to prepare offers. Please submit a signed copy of Amendment 0001 with your offer to acknowledge receipt. In accordance with FAR 5.2, this is a notice that DLA Land at Aberdeen is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) SPRBL1-22-Q-0004 for the procurement of Nitrogen Purge Device, National Stock Number (NSN) 5855-01-246-6815. This procurement will be conducted under Special Emergency Procurement Authority (SEPA) and using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement will not be set-aside for small business. The proposed contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price. Note that although the requested pricing will be for quantity ranges, the resultant contract will be for a specific quantity. The expected ship to location for the duration of the resulting contract will be New Cumberland, PA (W25G1U). This requirement will be issued as FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at origin. The Government required delivery schedule will be located in the solicitation. Accelerated delivery at no additional cost to the Government is accepted and encouraged. All documents and proposals must be submitted electronically via email. Files shall not contain classified data. The use of hyperlinks in proposals is prohibited. Offerors need to have a current profile at the System for Award Management (SAM), https://www.sam.gov in order to submit proposals.
