The solicitation requires submission of pricing for two quantity ranges, but the Purchase Order will be awarded for a specific one-time quantity. Submissions will be via email to the point of contact listed on Box 5B of the Request for Quotation SPRBL1-21-Q-0025. An offeror must have a valid registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).
