Surplus offers will be considered only if the offered material is new and never used. The response date is March 23, 2020. The Government does not own the Technical Data Package (TDP) for this item, and cannot obtain the TDP. This RFQ is issued unrestricted. FAR 19.1307 Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns applies.
