This request for proposal will result in a 5-year Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery Contract under FAR Part 13.5 for the following commercial item: NOMENCLATURE: Distribution System M60 NSN: 6150-01-598-5289 PART NUMBER: 13229E6335 GUARANTEED MINIMUM: $ 5,000.00 CONTRACT MAXIMUM: $ 1,000,000.00 The guaranteed minimum and contract maximum apply to the life of the contract. The Annual Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) is 26 units. The listed BEQ is not guaranteed and should be used for planning purposes only. Proposed unit prices will be for the item specified in Section B of this solicitation, for a period of five (5) years from the contract award date. The contracting officer must determine prices to be fair and reasonable for each quantity range of each year; therefore, offerors shall insert firm-fixed prices for all quantity ranges. The Government has included the Technical Data Package as part of this solicitation in ZIP File Format. Beta SAM does not allow ZIP Files to be uploaded.
