FAR Part 15 procedures will be utilized for this procurement. FOB will be Origin and inspection acceptance will be Destination. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of August 11, 2020. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. This solicitation is an unrestricted procurement. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and proposed delivery, per provisions (L&M Proc Note 215-9C09, L&M Proc Note 211-9051, and L&M Proc Note L08). The required delivery is 240 days ADO (After Date of Order). Best commercial packaging is acceptable. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars.
