The Government proposes to acquire, on a Firm Fixed Price Five-Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 200 each up to a maximum quantity of 2200 each of VALVE ASSEMBLY ; NSN: 2995-01-327-4180; Part Number: DL2995-T700-001 applicable to the UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system. Forecasted/estimated quantities: Year 1: 200 Each Year 2: 500 Each Year 3: 500 Each Year 4: 500 Each Year 5: 500 Each Production Lead Time (PLT) without First Article Testing is 180 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. This requirement is restricted to VACCO INDUSTRIES CAGE CODE: 1PVC5, HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL INC. CAGE CODE: 59364 and to GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY CAGE CODE: 99207. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity.
