AMENDMENT 0001, CLARIFY CLINS, REMOVE REQUIREMENT FOR DFARS 252.211-7003, EXTEND RESPONSE DATE AND REMOVE CLIN 0003 DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUNDis issuing a solicitation for the procurement of CISCO Systems equipment to be negotiated on a sole source basis with CISCO Systems Inc., per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This requirement will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-aside basis using the commercial item procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. Th resultant contract will be a firm fixed price (FFP) type commercial purchase order. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION Bremerton, WA. The RFQ will be posted and be available for download at http://beta.sam.gov/. The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED TO THE BUYER, do not fax. ?OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFQ from BETA.SAM and to frequently monitor BETA.SAM for any amendments.
