The contract will be awarded based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Offerors will be screened for responsibility using PPIRS and in accordance with FAR 9.104. Interested vendors must complete the HMDRFQINFO form on pages 29-31 of the solicitation, including business size, manufacturer/dealer status, and CAGE code. Delivery is required to Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard in Pearl Harbor, HI, with FOB destination terms. Estimated delivery to Pearl Harbor in calendar days after receipt of order must be provided.
