The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for the various array probes outlined in the attached solicitation. This requirement will be acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), reference solicitation number SPMYM4-22-Q-0790. Zetec Inc. (51327) is the only known source of this material at this time. A complete copy of the solicitation is included with this notice. Telephone requests are not authorized and will not be accepted.
