The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for the cable assembly, requirement quantity of six (6) each, in accordance with (I/A/W) the item description information outlined in the attached solicitation. This procurement will be acquired I/A/W with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
