The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for the cable assemblies, requirement quantity of six (6) each, in accordance with (I/A/W) the item description information outlined in the attached solicitation. This procurement will be acquired I/A/W with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Requested FOB point is Destination. Delivery location: Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Pearl Harbor, HI 96860-5033. The NAICS Code is 335931, Current-Carrying Wiring Device Manufacturing, with a business size standard of 500. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 5935.
