Quotations must be firm-fixed price and include all costs for materials, labor, packaging, and delivery, with no post-award price increases or counteroffers allowed. Offerors must identify the OEM, brand name, manufacturer part number, and country of origin, and may need to provide proof of OEM authorization. Evaluation will consider technical acceptability, delivery, and price, and submissions must be sent via email to the contracting specialist. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification from award.
