Quotations will be evaluated on technical acceptability, delivery, and price, and must be firm-fixed-price with no post-award price increases or counteroffers. Offerors must identify the OEM, brand name, manufacturer part number, and country of origin, with proof of OEM authorization possibly required. Failure to provide required information or accept award at the quoted price may result in the quotation being deemed non-responsive.
