Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procurement where award will be based on technical capability, estimated delivery date (ETD), and price. Offers must be submitted via email to the specified Contracting Officer. The solicitation terms and conditions are mandatory, and offers that reject them or fail to provide required information may be excluded. The use of alternate parts is not acceptable for this requirement.
