Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a firm-fixed-price procurement where quotations will be evaluated on technical acceptability, delivery, and price. Vendors must submit an unconditional price for the entire requirement, as no post-award price increases, modifications, or counteroffers will be considered. Failure to accept an award at the quoted price may render a quotation non-responsive. All costs for performance, including manufacturing and delivery, must be included in the quoted price, and alternate parts are not acceptable.
