Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

Offerors must complete and submit the attached solicitation via email to Contracting Officer Wongduean Guajardo; questions must also be submitted electronically to Mrs. Guajardo. If not submitting on the SF 1449, offerors must include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions in the solicitation. Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or that reject the solicitation terms, may be excluded from consideration. Award will be made to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable offeror. Evaluation factors are technical capability, estimated time of delivery (ETD), and price.
