This is a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procurement, with award based on Technical Capability, Estimated Time of Delivery (ETD), and Price. Quotes must be submitted via email to the specified Contracting Officer. Offers must either be submitted on the SF 1449 form or include a statement agreeing to all solicitation terms. Failure to provide required information or rejection of the terms may result in exclusion from consideration.
