Greetings, This solicitations has been amended to remove the small business set-aside and extend the due date through 1100 HST Friday, 9/12/2025. To be considered for award, the offeror must complete and submit the attached solicitation# SPMYM4-25-Q-0791 via email to Contract Specialist: annamarquetta.i.gunn.civ@us.navy.mil. Please provide your quote no later (see attached) HST. Only one quote is allowed per offeror. If multiple quotes are submitted under the same CAGE code, all offers under that CAGE code will be rejected. If the offer is not submitted on the SF 1449, include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation. Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. The evaluation factors will be considered in the following order of precedence: 1) Technical Acceptability: Shall meet the standards outlined in the solicitation. Quotes that do not meet these standards will be rejected. 2) Price: Will be evaluated on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable basis and must be determined fair and reasonable by the Contracting Officer prior to award. 3) Delivery: Shall be delivered via F.O.B., in accordance with included clause 52.247-34.
