Quotations must be emailed to both specified Navy addresses and include pricing, FOB point, Cage Code, point of contact, phone number, applicable GSA contract number, business size under the NAICS code, and payment preference (GCPC or WAWF), with Government payment terms of Net 30 days after acceptance.
