Portsmouth Naval Shipyard seeks qualified sources to supply straps in accordance with attached documents, and each response must clearly demonstrate the quoter’s capability to meet all specifications and requirements. Vendors must list the country of origin for each line item and, if not the actual manufacturer, provide the manufacturer’s name, location, and business size; the referenced drawing will be provided only upon submission of a security agreement and active DD 2345 Military Critical Technical Data Agreement. Offerors must complete and include provisions 52.204-24, 52.204-26, 252.204-7016, and 252.204-7019 with their offer and submit quotations by email to both specified Navy addresses. Quotations must include price(s), FOB point, Cage Code, point of contact with name and phone number, GSA contract number if applicable, business size under the NAICS code, and payment preference for GCPC or WAWF; Government payment terms are Net 30 days after acceptance of material.
