This is a solicitation for the manufacture and delivery of 12 specialized aluminum alloy quills and associated data reports for the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria, and the requirement is set aside for small businesses with a standard of 750 employees. Offerors must submit descriptive literature to demonstrate how their quotation meets the required specifications and complete several required provisions attached to the solicitation.
