Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the procurement of aluminum bronze round bars for the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The requirement is for two line items of 20-foot round bars, each in 5-foot continuous lengths, with specific alloy and temper specifications, along with associated data requirements. The evaluation criteria will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), and offerors must submit descriptive literature and complete required provisions. All responsible sources registered in SAM may submit a quote for consideration.
