This is a sole-source requirement for General Dynamics Information Technology to supply 12 WLY-1 Blanking Plate Assemblies per a specific OEM drawing. The evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, and quotations representing a different manufacturer will not be considered. Offerors must submit descriptive literature and proof of traceability if not the manufacturer, and must complete specific attached provisions. The performance location is the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.
