This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items using FAR Part 12 and simplified acquisition procedures, set aside 100% for small businesses, with award based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) and all-or-none evaluation. Offerors must be registered in SAM, complete specified provisions, and provide place of manufacture/country of origin information, with responsibility determined via SPRS. Delivery and performance will be FOB destination to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. Interested parties must submit quotes by email including price, FOB point, CAGE code, business size, payment preference, and capability confirmation.
