This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation for the supply of Paint, Zinc F159, with associated data requirements, to be delivered to the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The contract will be awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, and offerors must submit descriptive literature demonstrating their product meets specifications. All quotes must be submitted via email by the specified closing time. Offerors must be registered in SAM and complete required provisions, including those related to security prohibitions.
