This is a full and open, combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial lamp to be delivered to the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria, and offerors must submit descriptive literature to demonstrate how their product meets specifications. Quotations must include specific completed provisions, country of origin for items, and detailed business and payment information. All responsible sources registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) may submit a quote.
