Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a solicitation for Solid Vinyl Sheet, Rolls, or equal items to be delivered to the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria, and it is set aside 100% for small businesses. Offerors must submit descriptive literature to demonstrate how their quotation meets specifications and must complete several required provisions attached to the solicitation. All responsible sources registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) may submit a quote for consideration.
