Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a 100% small business set-aside solicitation for the mandatory supply of Delrin AF DE-588 plastic rod and sheet to the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine. The evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria, and quotations for different materials will not be considered. Offerors must submit descriptive literature to demonstrate compliance with the mandatory brand-name specifications and complete several required provisions. All responsible sources registered in SAM may submit a quote for consideration.
