The FSC Code is (6150) and the NAICS code is (335999). The Small Business Standard is 600 employees. This requirement is being processed utilizing 100% small business set-aside. Evaluation criteria is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). PPIRS will be used to determine vendor responsibility. Potential contractors will be screened for responsibility in accordance with FAR 9.104. This requirement is brand-name mandatory, or equal to Magwerks Corporation, to this piece of equipment would ensure that all of the required features and options needed for it to perform its desired function, and required task, are available on the equipment purchased. This would include a higher amperage output (this requested brand item number has a 10,000A FWDC Output Waveform) and the options of "Reversing DC Demag Option" & "1.5Hz Low Frequency AC Demag Option. Quotations received that represent a different manufacturer most supply material that conforms to the statement of work (SOW). Offerors are required to submit descriptive literature to show how their quotation meets the required specifications. If not the manufacturer supplier must provide proof of traceability. Failure to provide this information may result in your quotation being determined technically unacceptable.
