This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted to SAM.gov. The RFQ number is (SPMYM325Q6008). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-07 September 30, 2024, and DFARS Change Notice (20241010). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This requirement is sole sourced to (Seemann Composites LLC) due to (Seemann Composites is the contracted manufacturer of these pieces from the Virginia Class Planning Yard. Because of this, Seemann Composites has proprietary information, which is required for the manufacturing of these pieces).
