Data requirements are also attached. Notice in attachment 1 that there is a requirement to send a sample for approval prior to award. The following provisions in the attached clause sheet must be filled in and returned with the quote: 52.204-24, 252.204-7016, and 52.204-26. Please include freight charges in the quote.
