The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: Rubber Vacuum Hole Plugs Used for SHT AD-79 Tiles IAW Attachment – 1: Contract Criteria and Specifications and DWG; 5808479 (DWG to be provided separately with a completed Security Form and DD FORM 2345). ***FIRST ARTICLE TEST REQUIRED IN ACCORDANCE TO THIS DWG*** If not the actual manufacturer – Manufacturer’s Name, Location, and Business Size must be provided & Vendor shall list the country of origin for each line item. NOTE: OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE THE ATTACHED PROVISIONS 52.204-24, 52.204-26, 252.204-7016, AND 252.204-7019 AND INCLUDE THE COMPLETED PROVISIONS WITH THEIR OFFER. This announcement will close July 7, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
